I like to deliver this to my teenagers when they are in their rooms doing homework. They LOVE it and that makes me smile.
The secret is to use Greenish Bananas (like the picture).
Take 4 Greenish bananas, slice into bite sized rounds, place in a container and freeze for at least 24 hours. Need to be solidly frozen.
Place into Food Processor and HOLD ON TIGHTLY while you pulse down to creamy soft serve texture.
First it will seem grainy, then the heat of the blending melts into a CREAMY, Soft-serve Ice cream Texture. Keep on until you get there...It's worth it.
You may add a heaping tablespoon of Natural Peanut Butter or add 1/2 cup your favourite Freshly Frozen Strawberries or Berries.
This dessert is approved as part of a Low Fat, High Carbohydrate Plant based diet and is suitable for weight loss. (minus the Peanut butter)
