"Cutting" the hummus with the sweet potato gives a nice flavor as well as additional nutrition without the calories of oil. A tsp of sesame oil stays, due to the huge flavor imparted. As a bonus, adobo is a fat free way to add flavor with the chipotle. Smoky & creamy is the desired outcome.
