Healthy Whole Plant- Foods
Whole Food Plant-Based Nutrition
Imagine a world where every decision you make is the best decision for your optimal health, happiness and the planet? It is a powerful transformation.
The word 'healing' has it's roots in the Greek holos, the same word which birthed modern whole and holistic.

Whole foods (healthy grains, starches, vegetables and fruits) when consumed in variety and abundance offer the body the best selection of nutrients to draw from as needed at every moment they are required.

There are no "superfoods", nor "products" to provide a magic bullet for health and wellness. Individual nutrients and supplements are created for market and profit. We have been groomed to accept commercial messaging about nutrition as fact.

It is key to"rewire" the brain to see whole foods acting in harmony within our systems. We need to stop looking for that magic vitamin or individual nutient. That's not how the body seeks to heal our "whole" selves..

We are what we eat but we are also what we think. The way we think about what we are eating is as much as part of the enjoyment as taste and dish.
When you have "reset" your tastebuds to allow experience as nature intended not only is the food unimaginably delicious but the physical feelings invoked provide positive reinforcement.

The Secret to living a WFPB Lifestyle is the absolute joy food can bring to your life. There is no such thing as sacrifice, wishing things were different...that is a myth.

Whole Food Plant-Based Nutrition is the opposite of what you may think.

People are shocked at how easy it is to LOVE your food, eat until more than satisfied and see the scale dip. WFPB is not a diet for a few weeks, it takes hold of people for life.
It's not about the salad!

If you're seeking to make a change that will impact your life in more ways than just your health and waistline.

It would be my pleasure to help you on your journey.
